Educational Real Estate Excursion Purpose

Excursions are being offered to interested parties who want first hand contact with a team of professionals to help them acquire their home or investment property. Although there is no obligation to purchase properties, you will see first hand what it takes to invest in NEvada or Arizona properties.

This excursion is for individuals who:

  • demographic analysis

  • corporate structures for asset protection and minimizing taxes
  • insurance
  • renovation costs
  • property management
  • re-sale
• want to get perspective on what is happening in the Nevada and Arizona Real Estate markets
• want to connect with a power team of professionals essential for their property acquisition
• are interested in commercial acquisitions
• wish to learn hands on real estate investing, while constantly remaining in control of their capital
• see a live residential and commercial auction in action
• want to see current Las Vegas and Phoenix investment properties for sale
• want help with transferring Canadian funds to U.S. without losing 2-4%

Excursion Length

Excursions typically run from Tuesday to Friday afternoons, leaving plenty of time on the weekend for those who wish to experience the Vegas night-life and attractions. Excursions are during the week days so that appointments with the professionals can be made, and of course, to see the auction live and in action! Typically we begin at 8 a.m. each day for a de-briefing, and end late afternoon. After unwinding at the pool, optional dinner plans for around 7 p.m. and the evenings are planned with activities to experience the night-life.

Excursions include:

• daily agenda and relevant information for all appointments.
• all appointment/consultation fees associated with the acquisition team, bank, corporate structure, insurance, and title company.
• hotel accommodations for 4 nights
• transportation to and from the airport
• transportation during the excursion
• Friday Farewell Brunch

Excursions do not include:

• airfare
• drinks or meals
• entry fees or tickets to an attraction
• Corporate set-up costs

Excursion Size

• Excursions will have a maximum of 6 people to ensure individual attention.

• $2699 for two people or $2,199 for an individual
